Phone Consult or Office Visit?

We often have new patients calling from different parts of the country wondering if they could do a phone consult or if they need to visit Santa Barbara to see one of our practitioners.

Here is what you need to know and what you get for the two different options:

Phone consult

• We will take your history and listen to your concerns
• We can order lab work, x-rays and other studies
• We can recommend nutritional supplement
• We can NOT prescribe any hormones or medications
• We will ONLY make recommendations that you will have to ask you doctor to prescribe

Office visit

• We will take your history and listen to your concerns
• We will do a complete physical exam
• We will order lab work, x-rays and other studies if indicated
• We will be able to prescribe bio-identical hormones and medications if needed
• You will leave with a comprehensive plan including hormones, nutritional supplements, lifestyle changes, prevention and more...
• Follow-up visits for the following 12 months can be done by phone consults
