Set Weigh 4Life Program

Are your genes or maybe hidden food allergies making you fat?

Stubborn Belly Fat in Midlife and Beyond

In midlife when our hormones start to decline, extra weight tends to accumulate faster, especially around the middle. You might have noticed that eating less and exercise more does not work that well anymore. The extra fat has all of a sudden become very stubborn and does not seem to come off easily.

The most common causes of weight gain in midlife are:

  • Inflammation

  • Hormonal Imbalances
  • Genetics
  • High cortisol from stress

At the Center for Hormonal and Nutritional Balance we have designed a very effective weight loss program addressing all those causes. Our program focuses on getting your weight off quickly, followed by a maintenance program that will promote health and keep your weight off.

200 foods blood test $325

Reactions to foods are not always immediate. They can occur many hours later as bloating and swelling in the hands, feet, ankles, abdomen, chin and around the eyes. In addition, there is fermentation of foods, particularly carbohydrates, in the intestines which can result in a swollen distended belly and gas production. Food allergies as well as food sensitivities can cause weight gain. Yes, it's possible to have no other symptoms. You can't count on seeing runny noses or sneezes with some food sensitivities.
